Really have to thank everybody that put in effort! You guys have been really great juniors and seniors and RVSE is such an awesome cca (((; Special thanks to Mr Goh for being the best conductor ever and always encouraging us, being so patient and funny and cute! :D

awwww man i'll miss our late intensive ensemble practices and the times we spent together.. we're all so tired but we won't give up! and the short 2 hours on stage! Really unforgettable. (;

haha (Y) I kinda miss her! Although we didn't really talk much cos their lessons are so fast paced you won't have the chance to talk, but china students are alot more hospitable then sg students. And very friendly!

I like it when you just meet your friends at the staircase and just started talking and skipped our half an hour lunch break (:

AYLC facs camp was quite awesome :D
i was super happy to find out that i'm in the same group as jiajin and lihui! it was super tiring trying out all the games and stuff but still super fun and made some new friends (: and lihui found her new obsession xDDD

ahhh lack of updates. too lazy :x this is just gonna be a picture-less post cos all my pictures are in the other comp..

qingdao gpp! well i missed home and singapore's food like crazyyyyy. reflections was tiring and we got scolded for being too noisy :/ but still! its nice to have new experience overseas. my first time getting onto a plane! whoo.

see lots of beautiful scenery, mountains, walking on the streets with jacket without sweating, museums, polar ocean world and dead animal/human species, boring heritage places -.-, world expo (!!), pearl tv towel with awesome scenery view but super duper cold, sch immersion programme and seeing the students over there being very passionate about learning, and many more other unforgettable experience.. speaking about this we must hand in gpp reflections by 12june ): and i havent started! argh. thanks 4C people for making gpp trip great! and made some new friends as well ((:

haha enjoyed the night trial (our first night trial! michelle and dorothy did an awesome scaring LOL), the section steamboat (casper loi came back!!!), and finally selang reunited haha ^^

sometimes i still wonder whether was it a correct choice for me :/

used to think that trip science + geog would be the best for me because it is the combi that assure me to go on to that expected path in university and alot of choices next time like engineering etc.

told myself i want to be an engineer but sometimes i cnnt help but feel that what would have happened if i chose to take elit instead (and end up in 4e), or clit/bicul (and end up in 4b). haha i rmbr when i was in sec 1/2 i wanted to take c lit/ e lit all the long. until the end of sec 2 i just chose triple science geog cos its like the safest path to take?

kinda regret it because now i am left with no other choice and i cnnt possibly take chinese or english in year 5 becos its kind of a risk right :x

aiyo sian. i really should have just taken phy chem elit, or triple science elit (and drop bio in year 4!), or phy chem bicul clit, or triple science geog (AND DROP BIO IN YEAR 4!).

haha must mug! I think next wkend will be even harder to survive than this. Only two days to memorize bio, understand wth is tested for scs and memorize statistics, and practise math.
Hah I really hate scs! :/ but nvm it will be over soon (: abt 20 more days to tolerate with scs before it's gone :D

and raleigh! missssed the times in pulau ubin that we live like kampong people but at the same time not having to worry about homework, stress, tests. and just sit in a group sharing hot milo and cereal, gazing at the stars, sharing a pot of instant noodles. miss you guys man haha. esp group friends i've made during obs! the 5 of you!

DAMN FUN!!!!! today suddenly feel like going out so at 11plus asked everybody and went out at 1.30pm. so cool, i love on ppl :D

met with pengfei at 1.30pm and i was late for 20min. went to eat LJS cos both of us craving for it :P i crave for it for damn long since obs! aft that grace and lois came at 3plus and i helped pf with a bit of math and pf helped lois with her jianbao. pf's chinese is (Y)!

hmm aft that met chinhong and the 5 of us went to watch the spy next door at jurong point. nice show! very funny :D grace watched it the second time LOL. anyway very disgusting as me and pengfei's scalp and ears keep peeling off. pf's ears very disgusting LOL. but peel until quite shuang, except we look like we got dandruff. grace got abit and i dont know why lois and chinhong dont have! but lois very jealous cos it seems very fun peeling our skin LOL.

anyway me, lois, grace and pengfei loveeeeee durian! so cool!! so many ppl around us hates durian lor LOL. and me pengfei and grace are crazyyyyyyyy over SALMON. one of the best food in the world :P yummmm. i want to go buffet with those people again! love them seriously. love raleigh :D love chatting with lois and grace!

back from obs! I love RALEIGH! :D
totally didnt expect myself to really enjoy obs so much. glad i did. :D i will never ever forget those 5 days spent with watch, super memorable, unforgettable and fun la!

did belaying, rockclimbing, and confidence fall on the first and 2nd day! rockclimbing was coool cos i managed to go all the way to the top. i spent like super long climbing from the top of the wall to the ledge on top cos i was super scared! thanks to encouragement from dayah and watch!

3rd day was the start of sea expedition. kayaked 7 hours (15km) to camp 1. my arms super tired but it was loads of fun! my partner was kuanyuan and he was very nice too! so cool to eat in the kayak in the rain :D so happy everytime we see lois and pengfei cos we will stop by and hold on to each other and slack for awhile. LOL. quite fun la :D aft that when we reach, had a nice powder bath in the tent. oh btw was tent mates are lois, grace, joyce. the instant noodles smell super super super, nice!

3rd night was nice and raleigh sat at the beach side to have a nice chat, aft that we sat in a circle, drank hot milo and cereal and joked around. felt super nice and cozy like i've known those people was years. (: and this chat was worth missing the night walk! and we star gazed as there are so many stars in the pulau ubin's sky ^^

4th day we trekked back to camp 2. was damn tired and my hands and shoulders are aching but raleigh was the first grp to reach! 1 and a half hours earlier than the rest of the group. raleigh ftw! :D 4th night had the celebration dinner and omg luncheon meat eggs and baked beans :P whoooo aft that me, lois, grace, joyce, pengfei, kuanyuan, chinhong and linhan attempted to chat in the same tent but aft tt the instructors keep shouting so we went back to our tent. but aft tt 12plus pengfei sneaked over to our tent. joyce slept aft awhile and me, grace, lois and pengfei chatted until 2.40am! super fun luh. the only night not spent sleeping LOL. felt so cool as everybody slept alr. HAHA.

5th day had some chats, group reflection, etc etc and it passed by super fast. left pulau ubin at around 12plus. i will miss dayah and really thank her alot for always telling us alot of sensible stuff, leading us and being the skeleton in raleigh, and being so cute and funny :D

aft OBS me, lois, grace, joyce, kuanyuan, pengfei, chinhong and linhan went to eat sakae sushi buffet! LOL. me grace and pengfei love salmon like siao lor! :DD omg the food tasted super nice and we were like craving over it during obs. so fun eating with my new friends (: aft that went to the jp library upstairs and chat, played cards and camwhore. left jp at 7.30pm. so amazing man! i thought i will be damn tired aft obs and i will rush home and sleep but instead went to talk and slack more with the people that i've talked to during the past 5 days. but anyway THANKS RALEIGH for giving me the best memory ever! ((:

esp lois for being my bestfriend in raleigh, and we got the same frequency, retardedness, chew optics (LOL), dreamy feeling in the canteen, favourite colour yellow, and so many more things in common! you are like the fake glam girl! so super unglam okayyyy!!

and grace also for being so funny, laughing like crap with me and lois aft the 4th night dinner over i dont really know why we laugh, im glad we're fine again.

dont really know what we did.. haha slacked at darren's hse trying to think of a surprise for jj. and he didnt even know! me and jerian walked to hans (damn freaking far) to buy cake. Then darren meet jj at his hse downstairs then they walked around the estate while we prepare the ultimate surprise. Then we started bombing jj with water bombs! and a big pail of water. and cornflour (Y) and shaked coke bottle. LOL. super dirty and disgusting. video up on facebook soon :D

Then we played like abit of taidi. Then me jerian jiajin and darren went to cycle. Then the emoest thing happened. Jerian's white jeans got stained by the black oil on bicycle gear and darren got injured ): ohmygosh it was like damnnnnn gross i see blood dripping down from his slippers and jiajin got him warm water to wash his wound instead of cold water O_O LOL.

darren looked damnnnn pain la. then went jiajin's hse and jiajin clean the wound for darren (Y) though he added damn hell lots of antiseptic which looks damn freaking pain and darren got so high and pain he was spraying the water from the hose everywhere LOL.

but its okay i guess overall its still a happy day although the ending sucks ._.

met kim and lh at west coast park and they brought me to a railing at the seaside. and there are alot of post it notes stuck on to the railings! At first I didnt even notice lor i thought they were like new year wishes made by banglas (cos there were alot of banglas at the railings) then stick them by the sea LOL.

Then there was a post it note that say 'now, pretend to cry', then the happy birthday song starting singing. and then jerian appeared from behind me with the bday cake! OMGGG. :D :D :D :D :D to the max okay! what a surprise! :D

tmr's big walk and anniversary rehearsal 7.15am to 5pm. woah its gonna be real tiring. have to rush the 2 proposals with jiaying too. past the deadline alr :/

i must really start to do hw! actually its not alot but i just hope i can finish it all by saturday. then at least i can enjoy myself a few days before my bday and then sch reopen and the torture starts. same routine everyday and the hectic life. hmmm. am i prepared to embrace more challenges next year? Sec 4's 3.0 gpa criteria, busy cca with new system and concert, camp, preparation for syf 2011, new campus, new principal, new conductor, and boring cca without mr chan and the seniors.

I guess I haven't been quite facing the reality and I didn't post the news in my blog. Mr chan is leaving RVSE. I used to think that it is an embarrassment to let other people know about this because it sounds like our conductor left us because we are a lousy bronze ensemble. But let me be frank about this, there is nothing embarrassing about being a new cca that got bronze for our first syf (considering that rv performing arts is always excellent). We might not have done well for our first syf or for the first few years of our cca life, but it is true and we are climbing higher. We might not be as good as the rest of the performing arts but it doesn't mean we don't give in our best or try as hard as they do. We might not be the batch that bring RVSE to glory and success but at least we as one of the pioneers contributed all that we can and we did bring RVSE to greater heights.

I am proud of being in RVSE because this is my cca and I did my part in being here. Would really like to thank all our previous and current teacher in charge especially miss yu who always try her best to fight for our rights. All the instructors especially miss cindy and miss andrea who tolerate the nonsense from 2nd violin. Our conductor Mr Chan who pulled us through the times and improved our skills so much, and making ensemble so interesting and leaving a very deep impression on us and the seniors. Thanks to the seniors who played at the front few rows last time and covering all our lousy sounds, especially thanks to selang for making cca fun for me, and being the best part of my memories in RVSE. I will never regret being in this cca.

Though next year Mr chan's not conducting us anymore, we must still continue to strive on and work hard for syf 2011 :D Show mr chan that we can do it and he will always be our best conductor ever! Even though he is not conducting us anymore we must still invite him to our concert to show him that he can be proud of us too (: Let him sense our passion and happiness when playing music ^^

I still remember me and yilin used to be so eager to go up to the ensemble and it seems impossible for us to do it. Time flies and now we're already sitting at the first row (: Worked so hard for miss cindy to let us come ensemble lo. Enjoyed it so much and I used to be so scared of Mr chan because he keeps scolding the new comers at the back (like us) cos we're always too soft and not confident. But now we can play so confidently and actually enjoy ensemble! Time reallllyyy flies la. Just want to say thank you, Mr Chan Wei Shing, for everthing you've done for us. We might not be very obedient and sometimes the attendance might piss you off, but we really appreciate what you've taught us, and we are lucky to have such a nice, forgiving, skillful, shuai(LOL), patient conductor like you! ((:

And of cos as for the senior ensemble's syf.. We need not be afraid of anything. All we have to do is to try our best so that we wont have regrets. After all it will be our last time performing together. Its amazing how seniors and juniors can be this close ^^

Its true that I am dreading the start of next year but I still have to live through it right? Its true that I am dreading my birthday because it marks a new year but at least it marks the start of another journey too. I'll try my best (: And i'll cherish 4C'10 and love everybody in the class! Not forgetting I will spend more time with clique and selang and balance my studies at the same time.

Actually theres nothing to dread about because it only seems like yesterday that I was cursing with kimyee how we didn't get into the same class, and how I was complaining about how 2009 sucks. Hah 2009 screw yourself, its going to be over soon!

went tszkiu's hse to learn swimming aft sch. me joanne alicia heping yantong amelia went xD watched mean girls and ordered pizza. then aft they left me tszkiu and joanne went swimming. thanks tszkiu and joanne for teaching! You guys were realllyyy patient :D though i didnt manage to totally learn, i manage to float and coordinate and did 4 frog styles. LOL eh its a great achievement to me kay! really (: i am very determined to learn! will persevere and heping you must learn with me and jiayou too! ;D wanna swim again!

anw today was fun la! yantong is aunty and joanne is SO CUTE LOL. tszkiu's totally obsessed with her la. joanne's way of teaching damnnn funny. love her la and she nv wear specs so chio ^^

i wanna go (learn how to) swim at tszkiu's hse! sure damn fun lo ^^

sch's ending in 6 more days. totally cant wait. :D need to plan my schedule for the hols carefully! must spend time wisely. (: btw i realise at least this year i completed 1 of my new year resolution that is to learn cycling and also to stop biting my fingernail. but actually for the reason why i suddenly stopped biting fingernail, the credit really goes to jerian (for freaking me out)!

Some plans for this hols is to go exercise regularly, teach kimyee how to cycle(so that we can cycle tgt), learn swiming, get a job and earn some money, work hard for overture & tone poem, enjoy 3C and 2J chalet, go out for mannnyyy times with clique, selang and 3C ppl, and enjoyyyyy before i start to suffer for next year again.

and hopefully 2010 is going to be a lot more enjoyable and a lot less emo than this year! (:

cycled like damnnnn far i almost died. and yay congrats to alicia for learning how to cycle! :D my whole body still aching now lo!

hmmm morning went to eat breakfast. they went macs while me yuning jerian qingcheng and jiajin went kopitiam. then went ecp cycle cycle cycle. reached the beach and played with water. but alicia fell down so she cant go into water ): made a 3C lagoon LOL. filled with snails. oh and stupid me slipped on algae, blood ):

then chiong cycled back and halfway me and alicia and jiayin wanted to give up so badly LOL. the guys rushed ahead of us to shower O_O cycled back and met yilin xuqin junhao and huijie. chatted for awhile and took some photos. so nice to chat with them la very long since we had a nice chat alr. the feeling was just reassuring and familiar (: but limjunhao loves bullying me! ):ate subway with xuqin and yilin then went home. me and xuqin totally went crazy/emo/unstable la LOL.

everybody that went ecp yesterday was like damnnnnn tired! LOL. everybody wanted to pon sch and cca lo! damnn funny. and today pe was damn reluctant to play lor haha. oh and i went polyclinic see doctor in the afternoon. hope my ear recovers soon (:

i have been emoing alot recently and the reasons are actually nothing much in particular. just some messy thoughts and stuff.
but tonight's slightly better! i rock man. finally. and maybe finally a cheerful post :D i think so far only jerian knows! LOL.

cca tdy. it was not tt bad actually. i was really focused on the overture and tone poem and it was great to see mr chan and all the cca people after a looong break. was great to play music in an ensemble too. i totally like LOL-ed my scary laughter after the part where the sections take turns to play 4 notes, then mr chan said we sounded like some wishy washy noise. damn funny seriously. should hear how he said that LOL. my violin kept going crazily out of tune. like one peg loose then other's also loose like domino effect.... crazy zz. i want new pegs and dorminant strings. synwin strings really suck. my violin sounds like crap now.
must jiayou for overture and tone poem kay! :D :D :D

have been thinking alot lately abt life. 2009 certainly had my happiest times and my saddest times. and probably you guys are already sick of reading me think/rant/comment on my life. can just skip this paragraph if you want la.. but 2009 really made me change a lot. 2009 makes me realise that things doesn't go the way you want, makes me realise that nobody will stay with you throughout your life, change is the only constant, it is actually possible to have more than one bestfriend at a time, how vulnerable we can be at times, how it never rains but pours, but also how important a friend is when you're down, how thankful am i to have friends that still cares about me, how life is a challenge. blahblahblah. but why is it everything but us?

this rollercoaster year is finally ending! mygosh. hope with the beginning of next year comes better luck and a happier me ;)

3C class outing @ marina barrage ultimately fun! loves :DDDD fly kite for the first time in my life and it was a success and super high (: sooooo many ppl got sunburnt gosh my skin like tearing off la. heh. and jerian totally roasted.

h2o, murderer, elope (FUN!) the guys were practically dragging the girls laaaaa , eagle catch chicks. :D class bonding hehhehheh.

played with water but in the end many ppl didnt bring wet attire so end up like only me yuning jerian jiajin raimie william and zihao got totally wet. FUN! :D played breathing competition in the water LOL. then yuning kept laughing lmaoooo wth then water went into jerian's nose. and i stepped on william's butt but somebody took the photo and its on fb. oops -.-

self study days had been random spamming of songs, endless flirting with tankimyee, 200pounds beauty with kimcherlh, completion of SL proposal(by the great tans!), not forgetting mugging and doing up notes!

day 1 -
went kimyee's hse at 11plus. studied till like 7plus. xD wasn't very productive but at least we kept the studying mood going on! I can never sit still at home for hours straight studying. motivation! :D and at least i got some things done lo! whoo.
did the SL proposal. really hope we can get into servicelearning leh... i really want to do something for the less fortunate ppl! went home at 9pm.

day 2 -
cherie's condo multi-purpose room! yay. watched 200pounds beauty on kimyee's sucky laptop tt had spoilt speakers. nice show. i cried LOL. ate at our favourite prata shop!(kinda expensive too..) saw a reeeaaaaaaalllllyyyyyyyyy cute korean kid!!! zomg. when you reach out your hand the kid will like hi-five or clap your hands de lor! lihui tt paedophile even went to carry tt kid. hehhehh. damn cute! i want to have a kid too! LOL.
then lihui went off and cherie ate another lunch again(omg -.-) while me and kimyee started work. (: then cherie went off and me and kim stayed thr till 7pm. quite productive too. that place is superrrr condusive la! but abit too comfortable then feel like sleeping -.-.-
